Ordering

All Fruit and Veg will be adequately packaged to ensure it is protected through shipping.

We are proud of our brands and stock availabilty. However some items can sell out or become unavailable. Please contact our Customer Service Team on info@exoticestore.com, who can see when the product will become available.

If the order has been placed for Click and Collect, please email us at info@exoticestore.com with the order number and the items you would like to add to the order.

If the order was placed for delivery, please email us on info@exoticestore.com and we will try our best to accomodate your request. We will be unable to add items to your order if it is already in the picking process.

Although mobile friendly, it is reccomended that the store is accessed using a desktop or tablet. This is the best way to shop on Exotic E Store.

At present, only fruit and veg which can be delivered without comprimising quality has been selected to avoid disapointment. 

At current, we have not found suitable packaging for frozen items which is eco friendly and ensures that product stay frozen for entire transport process. We hope to add frozen products in the future.

Exotic Superstores has prided itself with always offering competitive pricing in both the supermarkets and online. When determining the pricing for online products, the picking, checking, packing, packaging, and shipping process also need to be factored into the cost of the product.

Shipping

After you have a placed an order, you will receive an an order confirmation email, followed by a shipment confirmation email.  The shipment confirmation email will contain a tracking number which allows you to track your parcel.

Please note the DPD delivers anytime from 8am - 6.00pm.

Orders placed by 2.30pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day.

Orders using the next working day service placed after 2.30pm on Thursday through to 5.30pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Sunday. 

Orders placed after 5.30pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders for Saturday Delivery must be placed by Friday before 2.30pm.

Orders for Sunday Delivery must be placed by Saturday before 2.30pm.

Of Shore Deliveries are only dispatched on Sundays through to Wednesday and can take upto two working days to arrive.

DPD does not guaranteed next day delivery. 

Although most deliveries arrive next day, some may be delayed until the following business day.

Orders palced over a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day following the bank holiday.

The delivery service we offer is DPD Next Working Day and to keep delivery prices competitive, allocated time delivery is currently not available. However DPD will provide an hour timeslot allocated on the delivery day.

Unfortunetly DPD do not deliver on bank holidays or public holidays. Orders will be dispatched on the next working day after the bank/public holiday.

Please note however due to the processes in place for order picking and shipment, we might not always be able to change from delivery to click and collect or vise versa.

We are open Monday - Sunday 10am-6pm for order collections. Please call us on 01183345197 if you can not arrive on your collection day.

Returns

Non perishable items are refundable if not wanted. However you will have to arrange your own postage and packaging to return the product. Email us on info@exoticestore.com to check which products can be returned before sending them back to us.

Please email our Customer Service Team the details of any damages or missing items within 24 hours of recieving your order. Please attach pictures of any damaged products. We will review your claim and will respond via email asap.
